Resort, Santorini, Greece

We have been commisioned to carry out a Feasibility Study for the development of 15,000 m² of land arranged around a historic Church and traditional resort on the Volcanic Island of Santorini, Greece. The existing resort was organically developed through the reuse of agricultural caves into traditional houses in the unique Cycladic Style. This evolved around a well preserved 15th century Church. The vision of the client is to develop the adjoining land to offer private villas, around a complex of communal facilities.
