Townhouse & Restaurant

We were commissioned to work on a Grade II listed townhouse in Central London. Three separate apartments were set over levels 1 - 3, with the ground floor retaining its commercial use as a restaurant. The building required a change of use at basement level, converting a retail space into an apartment.

The focus of the facade was to restore the historic shop front, after many years of mistreatment. Internally, the apartments received similar sympathetic design treatment, with the restoration and refurbishment of historic cornices and fireplaces. This traditional style was combined with a contemporary interior finish.
