The residence in Filothei underwent a comprehensive redesign to integrate it with its surroundings and address significant elevation differences between the ground floor and the garden. Key design elements included creating terraced steps and planters to smooth out these differences and to ensure a seamless flow from the interior to the exterior. Privacy issues with the neighboring building were resolved by adding a long, narrow swimming pool, which served as both a visual emphasis of the property's linearity and a natural barrier between properties. The pool area, framed by low walls and lush planting, helped break up new structural volumes and highlight the turquoise waters.
