In the heart of Baker Street, London, a second-floor office has been reimagined into a sleek and functional workspace for an international oil and energy company. Opsis Design and Opsis Development collaborated to transform the space into a modern office tailored for collaboration and productivity, combining elegance with practicality.

The client sought a comprehensive refurbishment to create an open-plan office with distinct zones: a reception area, breakout spaces, private offices for senior management, and boardrooms. The redesign also required updated electrics and data networks to support a modern workflow.

Opsis responded by opening the central space to foster collaboration while adding glazed private offices for senior leaders. These maintain an open aesthetic while ensuring privacy. A shared kitchen with integrated seating and bespoke joinery further enhances functionality and comfort.

Opsis oversaw the project from concept to completion, ensuring precision at every stage. Their dual expertise in design and construction delivered a cohesive and efficient outcome, aligning perfectly with the client’s needs.
